INGREDIENTS

  • 16 ounces raw carrots
  • 2 packets Nektar Honey Crystals®
  • 2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Peel carrots and boil in water until tender. Drain then set aside.
  2. Mix other ingredients together in medium bowl until blended.
  3. Stir carrots into sauce making sure to coat evenly.
  4. Place carrots on serving dish and garnish with any additional sauce then serve.
