- 16 ounces raw carrots
- 2 packets Nektar Honey Crystals®
- 2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Peel carrots and boil in water until tender. Drain then set aside.
- Mix other ingredients together in medium bowl until blended.
- Stir carrots into sauce making sure to coat evenly.
- Place carrots on serving dish and garnish with any additional sauce then serve.
