INGREDIENTS

For the Filling
  • 1/2 orange, zested and juiced (about 3 tablespoons juice and 1 tablespoon zest)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Nektar Honey Crystals®
  • 1 pound strawberries, hulled and quartered
For the Topping
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (can use whole wheat)
  • 2 tablespoons Nektar Honey Crystals®
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prep an 8 or 9 inch square or round baking dish with nonstick spray (or grease with butter). Place the dish on a foil lined cookie sheet to catch any drippings.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together orange juice and zest, cornstarch and Nektar Honey Crystals®. Add strawberries and coat. Place in baking dish.
  3. In a separate medium bowl, mix together topping ingredients until fully combined. Dough should be a little crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over strawberries and bake about 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cool 5-10 minutes, top with Greek yogurt if desired and eat!
